Cruisin’ 57, JPRG and WOSD Radio Join The NAdB
Classic Hits Cruisin’ 57 (WKRZ-DB) of Berry Junction, Mich., Atlanta’s JPRG Radio (WJYR-DB) and Chicago’s Old Skool & Dusties WOSD-DB are the latest Digital Band radio stations to join the National Association of Digital Broadcasters (NAdB).
Cruisin’ 57 is operated by Edward Kawaleski and K-Marketing of Muskegon, Mich., and plays Doo Wop, Motown and rock tunes from the 1960s and 1970s. The station’s audio feed is carried via Live365.
Music industry veteran Jonathan S. Young operates JPRG Radio and also holds down a daily on-air shift on the station, which features Smooth Jazz, Pop, R&B and Gospel tunes.
“Our conversations are simple,” Young says about his station, “Keep God’s word first, inspire others to reach their dreams, and always be humble through our giving and music we share to the world!”
AG Entertainment operates WOSD Radio, which plays Classic R&B hits, deriving its callsign from its “Old Skool & Dusties” tagline.
Among the personalities heard on WOSD are Vince Brown, “Chef Greg” Dorsey, Al Greer (“The Peanut Butta Brotha”), Mike “Suga D” Richardson, Glynn Hall (“The Mayor of Motown”), Ralph “Hoov” Liggins, Mr. Hypnotiq, Dinalynn Biggs and Paul Morgan.
WOSD-DB can be heard via the TuneIn app.
